Signature Package: $9,250
  • Accommodations for up to 30 guests
  • 44 hours use of all 2,100 acres
  • Up to 2 site visits and/or photo sessions prior to the wedding
  • Full buyout and private access to all ranch amenities
    • Includes use of House and Ceremony site for ceremony, reception, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner for up to 50 guests (inquire about additional guests)
  • Set up for refreshments & snacks on the day of the wedding
  • Set up for brunch the day after the wedding

  • Security Guard
  • Ranch services including parking attendants, set up and tear down of all tables, chairs and arbor, and post-event cleaning
  • Full use of Ranch House kitchen by a licensed caterer for rehearsal and/or wedding

Day Package: $5,500
  • 9 hours of use for decorating, ceremony, reception and clean up
  • Use of house and ceremony site
  • 30 minute rehearsal
  • Tables and chairs for up to 50 people (inquire about additional guests)

  • Dishes, Silver-plate, Glasses
  • Security Guard
  • Use of Ranch House prep kitchen by a licensed caterer
  • On-site staff to assist in changing area from ceremony set up to reception set up, if necessary
  • Ranch services including parking attendants, set up and tear down of all tables, chairs and arbor, and post-event cleaning
  • Safety Deposit of $750.00 (will be returned after event and inspection)
